For new innovations, around the end of 2016, our CEO initiated the introduction of a robotic welding system as part of the industry 4.0 era.
Although, using of robots has been widespread but in such our business (truck and bus body builder) we are one of couples companies who had started using robots.
In addition to quality and time saving resulted from using robot, our CEO also gives importance on quality of life of employees. By using a welding robot, it will reduce the effects of welding fumes, light, sound, and smell that will poisons to human-being. This will make our staff to be healthy and strong.
The welding staff will be the persons who control and supervise the robots instead.
